REFUND POLICY

1. POLICY OVERVIEW
This Refund Policy governs all payments made to Dream Ellison Events (“Company”), operating under Dream Ellison LLC. By engaging the Company’s services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
All payments are subject to strict conditions due to the nature of event production, resource allocation, and advance operational commitments.
2. GENERAL RULE — NO REFUND POLICY
All payments made to the Company are strictly non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in this policy.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Reservation fees
- Downpayments
- Partial payments
- Full payments
3. NON-REFUNDABLE DOWNPAYMENT
3.1 A downpayment of 30%–50% is required to secure the event booking.
3.2 This downpayment is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Client cancellation
- Change of plans
- Venue issues
- Scheduling conflicts
3.3 The downpayment covers administrative costs, resource allocation, pre-production work, and opportunity cost.
4. CLIENT-INITIATED CANCELLATION
4.1 Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Event
- The downpayment remains non-refundable
- Any additional payments made beyond the downpayment may be reviewed at the Company’s sole discretion
- Approved refunds, if any, may be subject to administrative and processing deductions
4.2 Cancellation Within 30 Days of Event
- The Client shall be liable for up to 100% of the total project cost
- No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances
- The Company reserves the right to invoice the remaining balance
4.3 Cancellation Within 7 Days of Event
- The Client shall be liable for 100% of the total project cost
- No refunds shall be issued
- This reflects full operational deployment and committed resources
5. FAILURE TO PAY BALANCE
If the Client fails to complete full payment prior to the event:
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel services
- All payments made shall be forfeited
- The Client may still be liable for outstanding balances and incurred costs
6. COMPANY-INITIATED CANCELLATION
In the event the Company cancels services due to internal reasons unrelated to the Client:
- A partial or full refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion
- Refunds will not exceed the amount paid by the Client
- The Company shall not be liable for additional damages or losses
7. FORCE MAJEURE
No refunds shall be issued for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Public emergencies
- Power outages or infrastructure failures
In such cases:
- Rescheduling may be offered, subject to availability
- Additional costs may apply depending on scope changes
8. NON-PERFORMANCE BY CLIENT
No refunds shall be issued if the Client fails to:
- Provide required materials or approvals
- Ensure venue readiness
- Comply with agreed timelines or obligations
Any resulting delays or cancellations shall not be the responsibility of the Company.
9. THIRD-PARTY COSTS
Any costs incurred from third-party vendors, suppliers, or subcontractors are:
- Non-refundable once committed
- Chargeable to the Client where applicable
The Company shall not be liable for third-party refund limitations.
10. REFUND PROCESS (IF APPLICABLE)
Where a refund is approved:
- Processing time may take 15 to 45 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible
- Administrative, banking, and processing fees may be deducted
11. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting the Company.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Legal action for recovery of funds
- Additional penalties and fees
12. POLICY ENFORCEMENT
This Refund Policy is strictly enforced to protect the Company’s operational commitments, resource allocation, and business continuity.
13. MODIFICATIONS
The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates become effective upon publication.
14. ACCEPTANCE
By engaging the Company’s services and making payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy in full.
